Additional Terms & Information
-The Hirer and all passengers must comply with the Company's alcohol and drugs policy. The driver must consume no alcohol at all. The Company may refuse access to the vessel where, in its sole discretion, excessive alcohol consumption is suspected before departure.
-All passengers must wear a personal flotation device (PFD) at all times while on board an appropriately fitted lifejacket. Safety is first and foremost on the waterways.
-Passengers must remain on board throughout the hire period. Swimming and diving from the vessel are prohibited.
-A safety and navigation briefing will be provided upon handover. After the briefing, the Hirer assumes responsibility for the vessel and all passengers during the hire period
-Towing of other vessels by any of our Boats is strictly not allowed. Under no circumstances should hirers ever tow another vessel or craft.
-The maximum number of passengers is five (5), including children.
-Boats must be returned in the good condition they leave in, with all it's equipment intact.
- In the event of an accident the hirer must notify the company immediately so they can act accordingly.
Liliput Boat Hire reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time due to unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In this even a reschedule date will be offered.
